If you need a small company that is professional and ethical, this is your company to call! Douglas Sutterfield came out on a Sunday to clear out my clogged French Drains. Douglas was friendly, professional, courteous and he knew his job! He took care of my issues wonderfully. I have had a recurring drain issue on the 2nd floor washer drain for years. Numerous plumbers have tried to clear the clog. This time, I Called Zoom DRAIN. Donell showed up within 1 hour and on time. He worked hard, and wouldn't give up. He eventually did what many have not been able to do, he cleared the clog, and also pulled it out. We are very happy! The price was reasonable. Doug was very honest and very personable. He got our issue taken care of extremely quickly and had us back up and running in no time! After Doug came out, we had a tiny issue with the repair but Zoom sent out Bear to get it knocked out right away. I can not recommend the Zoom team enough! They do an absolutely wonderful job. Amazing. I contacted them Sunday evening because my storm drains were no longer working and my back yard was flooded after tons of rain over the last few weeks. They contacted me back within 15 minutes and scheduled me for 830am the next morning. Well... they just left after clearing out all my storm drains and getting everything taken care of. The two men that helped me were absolutely so helpful and kind. I would use Zoom Drain again whenever possible. My shower wouldn’t turn off because of a broken knob.
